International Museum Day (IMD)
This weekend, CHAT joins cultural institutions across the city and the world to celebrate International Museum Day (IMD) and to raise public awareness of the important role that museums play in society.
CHAT launches its very first online accessible tour to align with IMD 2020’s theme ‘Museums for Equality: Diversity and Inclusion’ to both celebrate the diversity of perspectives that make up the communities and personnel of museums, and champion tools for identifying and overcoming bias in what they display and the stories they tell.
