Seed to Wellness: Morning Yoga in Nature

Starting from the rooftop farm of The Mills, participants will enjoy the refreshing fragrance of nature as we pick fresh dye plants and incorporate their essence into our breathing exercises followed by a guided tour to CHAT’s Seed to Textile exhibition. Then, together we will step into The D. H. Chen Foundation Gallery which will be exclusively open to participants in this workshop. Surrounded by Hong Kong textile heritage, you will learn gentle stretching and supported postures in a seated yoga session. Designed for urban citizens battling anxiety, stress, and physical tension, this unique workshop offers a rare opportunity to relax your mind and soul in a mindful atmosphere.
